Shipping and Refund Policy
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we've been committed to safety and customer satisfaction. While our order processing times remain unaffected, our U.S. and international partners continue to experience delays. We're working hard to get orders delivered as quickly as possible and maintaining inventory. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Returns
You have 3 calendar days to request a return for store credit from the time your package arrive. If 3 days have passed since the arrival of your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
Also, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the glasses bag and cleaning cloth. If the bag and cloth are not shipped back with the return, a $5 fee will be charged and deducted from your store credit.
Refunds
TINTSS will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. Your items will be inspected and you'll receive another notification of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Those items will only be exchanged with the same item previously purchased. Fill out the form on our ABOUT page including the order number and TINTSS name. You will receive a reply within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Issues
If a shipping address is entered incorrectly during checkout - the customer will incur the cost of the second shipment. TINTSS will confirm the 'shipment back to sender', inspect items upon arrival, and an email will be sent for further direction.

However, if a package has been lost during transit and was not delivered. A refund will be processed to the payment method used during checkout, unless you specify you would like a store credit to order again.
